Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  1. Rooms  will need to be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, M/C, Discovery) at  time of reservation.
  2. 2 night minimum on major holidays and 3 day weekends
  3. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Your credit card will be charged for 1 night if cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice.No-shows will be charged for the full scheduled stay
  4. Guests  are responsible for any damages to our property caused by themselves, their guests, and/or their pets.  Guest’s credit card will be charged accordingly.
  5. Guests are responsible for missing property from rooms and credit card will be charged accordingly.
  6. Guests agree to this policy when making reservations with our B&B. 
  7. Guests are encouraged to arrive between 3:00 – 8:00 pm. If you are unable to arrive during this period, please call to make other arrangements.                                                                    
  8. To allow time to prepare rooms for other guests, checkout time is 11:00 am on your departure date.


Union Street Lodging is a non-smoking facility.                               

Pet  Policy

We love animals and have a border collie, Jade, as the official greeter. 

Due to  insurance liability we are required to have and follow a Pet Policy.

Our Pet Policies apply to dogs.  We apologize that we will not accept other  pets/animals.

  1. Pets must be friendly to all people and other dogs.
  2. Small Dogs only ( sorry, no cats.)  Call for special requests re: dogs
  3. Pets can not be left in rooms alone, unless kenneled.  Currently we don’t have outside kennels available.
  4. Pets will need to be on a  leash at all time.
  5. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. 
  6. Pets are not allowed upstairs.
  7. No pets allowed on the furniture or beds.
  8. $15.00 additional cleaning fee per visit. .
  9. If pet shows aggression, guest and pet will be asked to leave without refund.
